Worried about your images being shared?

Some ladies choose to share more anonymous photos, where they cannot be recognised.

I just want to assure you that your comfort is my main concern. I do what I do to make women see themselves through someone else’s eyes, to give them the love of themselves that they deserve and to appreciate the body they've been blessed with and all the wonders of it. But of course, I cannot do what I do unless people KNOW what I do. And the only way to do that, is to show my work. It's a catch 22 situation. I can, of course, hire models easily, pay them, and use all of their images. But it defeats the purpose of what I'm trying to achieve with my work. Using a young model, whose job it is to pose continuously and all the photographer has to do is click the camera focusing on her tall, "perfect" body is not what my business is all about. I need to show examples of real women, who've never done a photoshoot let alone an intimate one. Women who may be nervous, women you have had babies and women who think they have wobbly bits that will ruin their shoot and the whole experience.

Of course, your finished images are yours. They belong to you to do with as you please. But the legal jargon states otherwise. Unless you've also purchased the copyright to my work, then officially the images are my work and belong to me and you have purchased copies of my work. In fine art nude or Boudoir photography, this can be tricky, because of course, you need to put your whole faith and trust in your photographer that an image of you will not be on a billboard one day! And that's where I come in. I am a woman. I totally get it. It's a road you have to travel to have your wonderful images, but you NEED to have faith in me. I WILL NEVER ABUSE YOUR TRUST. There is only me on your shoot with no assistant for that reason, my printer is a woman for that reason and I edit all your images myself and don’t outsource editing, for that reason. But, (yes there is a little but) I put my heart and soul into my work and I still need to advertise what I do, don't I? And have other women be brave enough to come forward and do this!

Here's where you come in...

I give all my ladies a choice and their choice is totally and fully respected and adhered to in every way. These are what you can choose from...

 1. I can use an anonymous image of you were you’re not recognisable but only on my private women-only group.

2. I can use an anonymous image of you were you’re not recognisable on the group, Diva Boudoir Page, my Diva Instagram or my website.

3. You don't mind the ladies on the closed group seeing your face, so a non anonymous image can be used but only on the group (I can also black out your face if preferred).

4. You don’t mind images being used on Diva Boudoir Page, my Diva Instagram or my website, even with a face (or again with blacked out face)

5. Use whatever images you like, I'm happy to share my experience with anyone on any of your platforms.

6. I do not want my images used in any way.

I will always, of course, never use any of the explicit or nude ones that we may have taken. And I am always tactful and tasteful with wording and never mention names. There are no full nudes here on my site or social media.

If you have given full permission and a few years later your circumstances change, all you need to do is send me a message and your image will be deleted. I perfectly understand that things change in peoples lives.

On a lighter note, I usually find that most women say no usage at all and then when they receive their finished images they send me the ones I can use because they're so happy and want to show them off!!!
